Rules and Regulations
of the
Dance Masters College

Dance Masters College hereby states that the word "activities" covers the following: Lessons, classes, socials, parties, practice sessions, outings, gatherings or any function or gathering where two or more students or teachers or governors are gathered for any reason whatsoever.

Dance Masters College hereby states that the word "members" covers the following: Governors, Tutors, Teachers, Guest Teachers, Examiners, Students, Clients, Customers, and ALL family and friends or guests that may participate in any Dance Masters College activities at any time.

Dance Masters College hereby states that the word "premises" covers the following: Any venue that Governors, Tutors, Teachers, Guest Teachers, Examiners, Students, Clients, Customers, and ALL family and friends or guests may participate in any Dance Masters College activities at any time.

Dance Masters College hereby states that the words "governors" or "governing body" covers the following People: Governor Robert Manicom & Governor Joseph Filgate.

Dance Masters College Rules and Regulations dictate decent and appropriate behaviour of all members, which includes proper control of smoking, alcohol, language, bodily functions and movement, mental attitude and expression, racism or descrimination of any kind.

All study, teaching and any activities held by or in conjunction with Durban Dance Masters College is done so under the terms and conditions set in these Rules and Regulations created,

Dance Masters College Rules and Regulations may be changed, by means of majority vote, from Time to Time by the college Governing Body.

All activities (teaching, studying, practicing, socialising or otherwise held at or with or in conjunction with Durban Dance Masters College is undertaken at the partaker's own risk.

Any injuries or damage to property incurred, whether or not such is caused directly or indirectly due to the negligence of Durban Dance Masters College or it's tutors or it's representatives, will be solely the partaker's responsibility. Durban Dance Masters College, it's tutors or it's representatives cannot be held responsible for any damage to property or body or otherwise whatsoever.

All decisions that are made and/or changed from time to time must be agreed to by the governing body, by means of majority vote. Should any Tutor or student underake lessons or any other activity whatsoever without attaining the Governing Body Decision, then such actions or activities may and can be held as breach of the Dance Masters College Rules and Regulations. Any permission or otherwise will not waiver the rights of the College or it's Governors.

Should there be a dispute on the Dance Masters College Rules and Regulations or any other decision or ruling or action or activity carried out by Dance Masters College or its members, then the governing body may and can take a ruling vote on such dispute and the decision and/outcome will be final. This Final decision is the absolute final decision and such dispute may not be taken further once such decision is reached, not in any manner whatsoever, not even in Magistrates Court or High Court. Should any member not agree with such then such member is not permitted to take or give classes or participate in any activities, whatsoever or become a member and thus must cease to do anything that may affect or be part of the Dance Masters College in any way.

All Dance Masters College Rules and Regulations will apply to all Governors, Tutors, Students and ALL family and friends or guests that may participate in any Dance Masters College activities.

All Dance Masters College Rules and Regulations will apply to all branches, clubs, satelite studios or colleges trading under the name carrying "Dance Masters College" in full or part of the name for example "Johannesburg Dance Masters College" or "Division of Dance Masters College" or even using such in any marketing or documents, verbally or otherwise.

Any member that does not adhere to the Dance Masters College Rules and Regulations, can and may be instructed to leave any premises that are governed by the Dance Masters College Rules and Regulations and also instructed to no longer be part or have member status of the Dance Masters College, and should such be done no-one, including the "excommunicated member" will have any rights to claim from or disagree with any decision, and Dance Masters College will not entertain or be liable to give compensation for any matters or consequences from the decision to "excommunicate" such member.

Should any of the the Dance Masters College Rules and Regulations be unclear, misleading or containing error or contradiction, then Dance Masters College reserves the right, by means of Governing Body decision, to change and/or correct such rules and regulations, even if such change, deletion or correction is in the favour of the Dance Masters College.
